October 8, 2011. (Saturday)

8:00-10:00 Registration of players (Sports and Entertainment Area of AWFiS) During registration, players will be held free lessons in the art walk W (A Grubby Alley area AWFiS)

10:30 -11:00 Opening events (area behind the main library)

11:15 -11:45 March of the VIP (The entrance to the Oliwa Forest from the Czyzewski Street, at the height of AWFiS)

12:00 - Start the competition for a distance of 20, 10, 5km (The entrance to the Oliwa Forest from the Czyzewski Street, at the height of AWFiS)

15:30 - The ceremonial handing medals and trophies for the winners of the World Cup in NW Family Noridc Walking Cup 2011. (area of the library AWFiS Gdañsk)

16:15 - The ceremonial handing medals and trophies for the winners of the Polish Cup (the area of the library AWFiS Gdañsk)

17:30 - End of the World Cup in NW

Competitors are asked to set at the start 15 minutes before the start of competition.

We invite all participants in the World Cup in Nordic Walking for free participation in scientific research, including a analysis of changes in body composition under the influence of physical exertion. A survey will be doubled, ie before and after competitions.

Research will be held 08/10/2011 at Sports and Entertainment Area of AWFiS from 8.00am to 16.00pm.

The purpose of the efficient organization of research in advance, please fill out a questionnaire. Printed survey is available on the World Cup in Nordic Walking - www.pfnw.eu. Research will be conducted by researchers AWFiS, research project implementers a chance Nordic Walking Poles in maintaining health.
